[X4U] DVD-ROM not found.

I went ahead and installed the DEAD DVD-ROM drive back into the iMac G4 and
everything works as expected, so for some reason for an external DVD-ROM
CD-RW to work, it needs to have the old internal drive installed, weather it
works or not I guess. Must be a BUS issue or something.
