[X4U] OK with cron tasks if apps left running?

OS X 10.5 (Leopard) doesn't need Anacron to do that.  It already does  
it.  Check out what the author of Anacron itself has to say about this.

It wasn't updated for OS X 10.5 because it isn't needed.
