[X4U] External HD: 750 gig to 699 when formatted. Why???

The GBs not lost, they were never there. It is the art of the  
Marketing department that they advertise 750GB when it is really 700GB.

If you look closely on the box, it will say somewhere 750,000,000,000  
bytes or something like that.
