I don't have a Paypal account and yet I get these messages all the  
time. I also get messages from banks that I don't have accounts in.  
These phishers harvested my email address from somewhere and hope that  
I have an account in one of those banks and inadvertently hand over my  
information to them when I reply to a phishing email.
