[X4U] Can you delete a file(move to the trash) in spotlight?

I was talking about SPOTLIGHT the notlight (which I think Jessup  
added into the mix)was sort of OBTW . And indeed it cannot be sent to  
the trash with spotlight (seems like a legit thing to do to me but  
maybe spotlight was meant as read only, who knows.
