You can in SuperDuper, too. It's very easy - you set up a script to 
copy precisely the files and folders you wish. Then you can automate 
that, if you wish, and have it happen on a schedule if that's what 
you want.  (see the menu next to "Using" on the front pane of 
SuperDuper, and choose "New Copy Script".)
