[X4U] Go to My PC

What is your opinion on remote services such as Go to My PC, vs building your own with properly configured routers and software (such as Apple's Remote Desktop). I'm thinking it might be an easy way to provide remote trouble shooting for 3 different offices without having to tinker with routers, plus I like that they have apps for iOS devices too. Most of the machines I would provide remote support for will be Macs running Leopard or Snow Leopard.
