Just a standard SSD.

Pick any size you like. Up to 1TB are available from Samsung these days.

It’s only a 3GB SATA connection, so your maximum speed will be around half the advertised speed. All speeds are quoted on a 6GB connection.

I’ve used Plextor, Samsung and Kingston without any problems.
