Hi All: Well, I bought an ibook 12.1", 600Mhz, dvd-rom, 40G HD, and 256 megs of ram. Then Apple came out with the 800Mhx ibook with a combo drive for the same price. I could have returned my ibook but after I opened the box but I kept it. I watch dvds on it because I have no dvd player. I am glad I kept it. Mike aka man_linux
