[P1] Mail, stop the attachment preview!

I think you are out of luck, then. Text and PDFs are built into the OS 
and only long versions of such attachments won't display. I think the 
reasoning is: Text and PDFs can't carry viruses or other obnoxious 
coding, therefore, no reason to have a toggle for them.
