stuck clock-internet connect

Hi,

This is the same exact problem I had with my 800 Mhz ibook when I used 
10.2.1. Stuck clock and could not dial out for 2 minutes (literally) 
when waking the book up from sleep.

The upgrade to 10.2.3 fixed this, now I only am stuck for 10 seconds at 
the most upon wake-up.
