Web Cam for iBook...More Questions!

Thanks to everyone for their input, she is now able to use her web cam 
successfully with Yahoo IM with ioXperts USB Cam driver, and make 
Quicktime  movies with Macam!   Now another question has arisen. How do 
you make a minute or two movie (over 200mb) into a web manageable size, 
maybe 2 to 5 mb.? I believe she has Quicktime Pro 6.2 if that helps...
