iBook vs. 12 in Powerbook

Yes, it will kill sales of the (present) iBook (at least the higher-end 
models of the iBook).

But that's okay, since it's fairly obvious that Apple will be 
speedbumping/retooling/otherwise re-distinguishing the iBook from the 
Powerbook, and likely lowering the cost some at a point in the near 
future.

Or they might kill the iBook outright. You never know with these guys, 
do you? :)

I'll bet on the former option though -- at least for now.
