Printer stopping all jobs

All of a sudden, for no reason I can see (actually isn't that always the
way?) my printer has suddenly decided to "stop all jobs" every time it's
finished printing. So every time I want to print, I have to open the Print
Center and tell it to "resume." Anybody got an idea how I can fix this?

I'm in 10.2.6, have been for awhile, and can't remember changing anything
that would've brought this on.
