[P1] Help!

I have a tanagrine Ibook

Book boots to a blank screen no icon's after a few minutes it freezes up.
Will not boot with extentions off (I got an memory error mesage and it tells
me to restart)
currently running OS/9
cannot find the restore cd all i can find is the application cd
will not boot to the internal cd at all.  it does try to boot to the OS X CD
I have but then fails to start install

ANY IDEAS?  Help please if you can.

Will the restore CD from my Bronze work?
