network Utility caution

While I agree that this utility is indeed a great help and anyone using X
should be familiar with it, there is one possible caution to mention
here...In your explorations of the utility should you decide to use the port
scan tab make good and sure that you know who you are scanning first and
that you have their permission. Scanning someone else's ports is at best
considered annoying and at worst can be considered an attack on that machine
and could get you into very serious trouble...

I realize that this wasn't directly mentioned so far but in case anyone
decides to check out the possibilities this utility offers be careful with
this one tab...
