[P1] What happened to my finder icon???

I read somewhere on 10.1 or was it 10.0 that the developers at Apple didn't
know how it came about, but thought it was related to lack of memory somehow
- on macfixit perhaps.

I have seen something similar on 10.2 once, but it went away and I haven't
given it a thought since then. Did it go away yet? Did you log out and in
again?
