- Connect both drives
- Start up from your Mac OS X 10.3 CD
- Quit the OS installer
- Run Disk Utility
- Select your existing drive
- Go to the Restore tab
- Drag your existing disk to the Source field
- Drag your new disk to the Destination field
- Click restore
