S/He who hesitates is lost. Get the upgrade now. HD upgrades are not a simple task (certainly not as simple as upgrading the RAM), and probably a lot more costly down the road than just getting one that's already got the bigger one. The tech guy at the Mac store suggested that a fast HD in a firewire enclosure would actually be faster than an upgraded internal HD in the iBook.
