Can you get 1GB 100/133MHz SDRAM chips? The G4 uses DDR RAM doesn't it,
which is now more popular - I've never seen the equivalent for the older
technology.

I wish there was, but I suspect it would be really expensive. When I
bought 512MB for this 800MHz G3 from Crucial they didn't do anything
above that.
