[iBook] Cracked G4 shell

I have a 933 MHz iBook G4, still under AppleCare.  The corner of the  
case closest to the Control key started developing a crack in it  
several months ago, and now a piece of the plastic has fallen off.

1.    Will Apple replace this?  I didn't drop the iBook or anything  
to cause the crack.

2.    If not, has anyone had any experience replacing a cracked  
shell?  I had read that this can be a problem in the white iBooks.
