[iBook] Wireless difficulty

I have a G4 iBook and an Airport Express. My next-door neighbor also 
has some kind of wireless system. If I shut my iBook down, when Airport 
comes on again it automatically joins my neighbor's wireless instead of 
mine. How can I get it to join mine instead?
