[iTunes] Saving Song Ratings

Sam,

iTunes information that is not in the ID3 tags, such as song ratings
and playcount is saved in a file called "iTunes 4 Music Library", which
is in iTunes folder in your home music folder by default. Note that
this file is outside of the iTunes Music folder with all your MP3
files. The iTunes preferences are probably stored in the file
"com.apple.iTunes.plist" in your home preferences folder.

Hope this helps! :)
