iTunes Pro?

Does there exist 3rd party applications that might be considered a 
"pro" quality version of iTunes? Our local radio station has some cool 
software (where I am in charge of their weather programming part time) 
for managing their playlists & music library, advertising spots, etc., 
all via computer. Unfortunately, all of their stuff is Wintel based. 
iTunes 3 is very, very good for a consumer product. Just as Final Cut 
could be considered iMovie's big brother, for the pros, are there any 
programs that might be considered iTune's big brother, i.e., something 
good enough to be used professionally in broadcast radio?
