I did this and was able to use utilities to recover a disk. Now I would like to delete the system, and am having thoughts on how to do it. I have my music data, but can I format the drive, or would that wipe out the iPod system? Can I wipe it clean through the diagnostic mode? -- Ray Ray(delete)kloss at mac.com
