[iTunes] smart playlist question

I have a smart playlist for my iTunes backup. I always burn that  
playlist to DVD for my files when it gets to be close to 4.3 GB. I  
just checked it and I'm over 7 GB. Reason? I have a new iPod Video  
and I've put a couple of movies on my iPod. Is there a way to set  
that Smart Playlist not to include movies? And now that they are  
there how can i remove them?
