[iTunes] re-copying a podcast

So the specific podcast in question still exists in your iTunes? Does 
that episode have a check in the box to the left of its title? What 
setting to you have in iPod Preferences under the Podcast tab? My 
experience is that all podcasts in iTunes will download to my iPod 
whether they've been listened to or not. I have to delete them from 
iTunes for them to not appear on iPod.

If the podcast has been deleted from iTunes, I suggest that you find the 
website of the podcast, through Google perhaps, and download the episode 
from the website to your desktop. Then, you can drag the mp3 file into 
iTunes
