[iTunes] Querying Gracenote CDDB

A few things to try. Delete your  "~/Library/Preferences/ 
com.apple.iTunes.plist". (You may want to just "Compress" it with the  
right-click command and then delete it. you can then recover the  
original if needed)

Turn off the Import selection to get song names from the internet.  
Quit iTunes. Turn it back on a gain.

Make sure you don't have some sort of firewall up.

Start there. If not. Download iTunes from Apple and reinstall it. It  
won't mess with your library at all.
