[CUBE] Smiley/Question Mark/ CD Hostage

Try starting up with the mouse button held down. Had the same problem 
doing a botched up install once.
On the second machine-I would suspect the CD drive. Again-a similar 
problem shortly after purchase.
My CD/DVD quit working-luckly it was still under warranty.
