[CUBE] Smiley/Question Mark/ CD Hostage

For the first Cube,yes, start up with the mouse key held down.

For the second Cube, you fish around with the ol' opened paper clip 
or similar stiff wire at the very edges of the CD slot, and press 
down on what you hope will be a release mechanism.  Sooner or later, 
if you persevere, and if you are careful not to scratch the CD 
itself, it will release.  --Steve
