[CUBE] Cube to ImageWriter?

The ImageWriter II is not an AppleTalk printer without the optional
AppleTalk card. These are still popular items on eBay as they do allow you
to network an ImageWriter. The Keyspan serial adapters do support the
regular ImageWriter II under OS 9. There was also an AppleTalk adapter for
some of the StyleWriters that plugged into the back serial port and added
AppleTalk capability. I think it only worked with the 2400 or 2500 models.
