[CUBE] Is it worth the upgrade: ATI 128 Rage -> ATI Radeon or GF2MX?

Yes, if you are an avid 3D gamer at resolutions higher than 800x600. 
Otherwise, the ATI Rage 128 Pro beats the GeForce2 MX despite Quartz 
Extreme--see <http://www.macsonly.com/pl800.html>. Same for the 
GeForce3. Haven't tested the ATI Radeon, though, I'd expect it to best 
the Rage 128.
