i kind of remember something about i sub not working with the cube but maybe i'm wrong. the sound fading away could be a power problem maybe with your hub or power to isub if it has power not really familiar with the isub because when it first came out i wanted to get it and for some reason i didn't maybe because as i said it doesn't work with the cube but if it works and fades away it sounds like a power problem to me. Take my advice with a grain of salt and wait for an expert to give you some because expert i'm not.
