You know, you don't have to stick an 80 mm in there - the airflow is far too
much and they tend to be noisier. Given that every option is going to
require some hackery you could just use a 50 or 60 mm x 10 or 15 mm fan and
make up a small mounting plate.

Quietpc.com do a Variable Fan Speed Controller that might help too, although
I quite like the idea of refrigerated jacket. That would cut all noise too!

Sadly only single channel but his one is ATA-6 compatible
