I think the quicktime crash when lacking an audio output device is a 
known 'problem'...just mentione dit as a curiosity. I believe the Cube 
is the only Mac ever made that actually has _no_ audio hardware output 
device at all. That's why that Cube audio 'patch' came up on 
versiontracker a while ago...it faked the audio device that was just 
not there.

Let's hope this will clear up in the future updates...
