Hi all, I have this long term project to take all of the 17 years of video we've taken of my Son, and convert it to DVD. So I have this two hour video made up, and now I'm trying to fit it onto a DVD. Using bitvise, I compress the video into a 3.16 Gbyte MPEG2 file with a 506 Mbyte aif audio file. When I then pull it into Toast to burn it to DVD, Toast tells me it's 4.8 Gbytes total, and won't fit on the 4.4 Gbyte DVD. Anyone know where the extra Gig came from? Am I doing this right? What's the maximum file size that will fit on a DVD? Thanks, Bob. ---------------------- Robert W.
