No subnets are involved. Both the sending and receiving machines (of 
the magic packet) are
connected to the same ethernet switch. Incidentally, I can wake an 
intel-based machine that
sits right next to the Cube. (Also, as I stated earlier, the Cube will 
wake, but only within a
5-second window.
