[Cube] DVD Stuck

Everyone has had this problem.  Some people use a knife, but I do as 
you are doing - get it to pop out enough to tug.  Home-made media 
(CDR...) seems to be much worst than a real CD or DVD but even they can 
get stuck once in a while.
