I was just skimming through the posts, and noticed your remark.  
Actually it appeared indeed after 10.4.3! I had the Cube run for a  
long time on 10.3.x without any problems but decided to upgrade to  
10.4.4 about three weeks ago and that is when the graphics problems  
started to occur. So it might not be related to fan issue at all?

Anyway, attached my panic.log.
