[Cube] RAM Question

Hello everyone, happy new year.

I recently bought this ram:

It has come to my understanding that the ram is incompatible with my cube
(too good to be true), though its delivery and subsequent installation into
my cube. Can someone enlighten me as to why it doesn't work? Is it a density
thing, or something involving 2-2-2 (whatever that is)?
