Personally I prefer NS7 because I designed my web page using CSS for layout, with no frames or tables (except for an actual table). NS4x has terrible style sheet support. CSS implementation seems to be one area that separates old technology from new, and that, for me, is enough reason to upgrade to the latest version of whatever. I have to provide two versions of my web page, the one that's compatible for older browsers isn't capable of displaying the site with the same feel or character. Web designers are anxious to learn how to convert their table and frame-based layouts to style sheets because that's the way the consortium standards are moving, and intended. http://www.webstandards.org/act/campaign/buc/ The browser upgrade initiative hopes to encourage people to toss their old browsers so that web developers can stop making (halfass)backwardly compatible sites which stifles the development and implementation of newer design standards and technologies.
