Airline emPower Adapters?

I'm thinking about getting an airline power adapter for an upcoming 
trip.  Madsonline has a minimalist solution for $28, but it's only 
for new PBs.  Model - G4Air

Older ones like the 2400 are only available with the power brick. Model - G3AA

Any of you frequent flyers have any suggestions for an adapter or 
should I just get the Madsonline for $68?
