[Duo2400] Enabling USB on pb 2400--Not going as planned...

Don't know about the other problems with drivers, but my experience has been
that you must insert the card after startup and eject before shutdown. Many
of us have a little applescript for ejecting both firewire and usb cards at
shutdown.
