[G4] Slow Second Hard Drive (Cable Select??)

Hi Brooks!

I have a G4 400mhz Sawtooth. I am using Jaguar. I have
set up the jumpers according to the respective drive
specs. However I will examine that issue again.

What is "Cable Select"? I went to Mac Help and couldn't
find anything that seemed relevant to hard drives.
