How to Remove Menu Items 10..3.2

Thanks I had forgotten about the Option drag it out trick.  I finally got
rid of the thing by cleaning out my "PreferencePanes' folder. There were
several old item that needed to go.

I suggest everyone needs to go into their home directory and open
/Library/PreferencePanes
