Buying RAM

Hi all,

I am about to order more RAM for my Yikes! G4 since OS X has decided 
to be picky about my Compaq RAM that was in it. (killer crashes)

I realize the machine only needs the PC100 chips, but is it worth 
buying the PC133's? If so, which machine should I choose when going 
through a memory finder?

I was going to get the 133's so I could use them in a new(er) machine 
I would buy down the road but I'm wondering if that's even worth 
doing, as I may then retire the PM6500 and use the Yikes! in its 
place. Which means I'd need the RAM in it anyway.

Or it may be the first Mac I actually resold?  :)

Anyway, just looking at thoughts, if I keep the machine in the family 
it really isn't worth spending what little extra it is even to get 
the 133's.
