the issue is not one for which Adobe is responsible. The issue is a MS issue
about how the Outlook package handles the compression and decompression of
files to transfer them across the mail systems between the platforms. MS has a
habit of doing things like this and then letting users blame the application
developer when its an OS vendor issue.
