Invoicing and inventory/Filemaker Pro

Filemaker Pro is my recommendation. It's up to version 7 now but I've 
got an older one. It comes with various templates built in and one of 
them is inventory. That one doesn't include cost but there are other 
"sales" templates that does include inventory. If the program doesn't 
provide the template you like there are others on the Filemaker site, 
as well as companies that sell other templates.
