[G4] Putting an ATA HD in Zip drive bay?

Oh, yes, it's been done already, but the question you have to ask 
yourself is whether it is worth all the work to do the conversion when 
you could buy an external FireWire/USB box, install the drive in it, 
and use it with many other computers instead of just with the one you 
chopped up to install a "wrong-sized" device.

I could put a jet engine into a Model A Ford, but what good would it do 
except to show it could be done?
