[G4] Cloning G4 to G5: Naming Hard Drives

OK. So ( I have not done these things) Maybe you can boot the G5 off a 
CD.
(Maybe steal some of that grafx sotware while you're there)
try to get the other machine showing with the firewire.
Then wipe the drive and use CCC, and then start upping your OS.\
